DURATION OF THE CONTRACT The Contract is for an approximate duration of ONE (1) year, plus TWO (2) optional years, unless it is terminated prematurely in accordance with the other provisions of the Contract. The successful bidder undertakes to carry out electricity works from the date indicated on the notice of invitation to tender, until March 31, 2027. The TWO (2) renewals of ONE (1) year (if applicable) will be made under the same terms and conditions as the firm year of Contract. First renewal: 1 April 2027 to 31 March 2028 Second renewal: 1 April 2028 to 31 March 2029 At the end of each of the years of the Contract, the CSSDA will decide if it renews for ONE (1) additional year. By submitting its submission, the SERVICE PROVIDER, for its part, systematically commits to a Contract with a potential of THREE (3) years.
