Demolition and site work for an industrial development in Glenview, Illinois. Completed plans call for the demolition of a 720,000-square-foot industrial development.
Project’s scope shall include but not be limited to the following, related to the Signode Industrial Group site located at 3600-3700 West Lake Avenue: procurement of all required permits and licensing, completion of regulatory forms/reporting and notifications, inspection coordination, asbestos abatement and all related requirements, site preparation, building and site demolition, underground tank removal, environmental services, site restoration and clean-up, salvage, and project close-out requirements as specified in the RFB Documents. Should the bidder require additional information about this bid, please submit questions via email to: purchasing@glenview.il.us. Questions are required no later than 4:30 P.M. on March 20, 2026. Scope of work will include the complete building demolition and removal of 720,000 square feet of existing buildings located at 3600-3700 West Lake Avenue, Glenview, IL 60025 (Buildings 1, 2, 3, and 4) as identified in Exhibit A.
