The City of Tonawanda is seeking proposals from qualified consulting firms to provide design, bid, construction administration, and construction inspection phase services to replace existing floating docks along the Erie Canal (Tonawanda Creek) near the confluence of Tonawanda Creek and Ellicott Creek. This project will be completed with funding provided by the New York State Department of State, New York State Canal Corporation, and the New York State Downtown Revitalization Initiative. MBE Goal: 15.00% WBE Goal: 15.00%. Questions regarding this RFP, including requests for clarification, should be submitted in writing via email to engineer@tonawandacity.com no later than March 27, 2026. Questions received after the deadline will not receive a response. All questions will be aggregated and answers made available to interested parties via email by April 2, 2026. To receive the list of questions and answers, please e-mail engineer@tonawandacity.com on or after April 2 nd.
