Sealed proposals are invited for road improvement work. All materials must comply with current Pennsylvania Department of Transportation specifications. The work scope includes: Item #1: Single Seal Coat as per PennDOT Pub. 408, Sec. 470; Item #2: Type II Slurry Seal as per PennDOT Pub. 408, Sec. 482. Proposals must be submitted on forms provided by the Township, available at the Township Building or online. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond for ten percent (10%) of the total bid, payable to East Coventry Township. Bids must be received in a sealed envelope marked "BID PROPOSAL FOR ROAD IMPROVEMENT." The Township reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
