The 2026 Residential Paving Program project includes resurfacing on 9 streets for a total of nearly 30,000 square yards. A portion of existing curbs and gutter will be replaced and full depth repairs will be completed as directed by the Engineer. The roadways to be resurfaced are: Charles Street, Paris Avenue, Douglas Street, South Wall Street, Marlena Avenue, Hawley Avenue, Doan Street, South Walnut Street, and East Short Street. All bidders must register and submit proposals electronically through the specified web service. Each proposal must include a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond as required by law. The successful bidder must provide a one-hundred percent Performance Bond upon award. Each bidder must list all parties interested in the proposal and provide evidence of experience with projects of similar size and complexity. The project must be completed by NOVEMBER 30, 2026.
