Demolition and site work for a residential development in Portsmouth, Virginia. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.
This project requires the demolition and removal of the main structure and accessory structure on the subject parcel . Note that this includes foundation removal and includes the complete demolition of the unit , and possible removal of accessory structures hindering the demolition of the structure . All debris , waste , etc. from the demolition and throughout the parcel shall be disposed of in a lawful manner . Local , state , and federal laws are applicable to this project as required . The contractor will be responsible for obtaining disconnect letters from the utilities servicing this parcel . The contractor will be required to obtain a land -disturbing and demolition permit if greater than 2500 sq ft of the structure is disturbed . Site plan should be submitted to engineering department and the demolition permit for this project . The contractor shall demolish the structures within 30days of the notice to proceed . The contractor shall request a final inspection when the work is completed to initiate close out procedures .
