Sealed bids will be received for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and performing all work connected with the Terminal Apron Pavement Marking. The project includes the removal of approximately 7,000 linear feet of apron pavement marking and the marking of approximately 22,000 square feet of new pavement marking. Each proposal must include a bid bond from an acceptable Surety Company or a cashier's/certified check made payable to the Tri-Cities Airport Authority for not less than 5 percent of the total bid amount. A 100% contract bond is required upon successful bidding. Proposals must remain open for acceptance or rejection for the period outlined in the General Contract Provisions 30-02 unless released earlier at the Owner's discretion. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive informalities and technicalities, and accept any bid deemed in its best interest.
