Description

Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Fredonia, New York. Completed plans call for the construction of a municipal facility.

Separate sealed bids are invited for general, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing construction work for a new Town Hall building. Proposals will be received at the Town Hall, 9543 Center Road, Arkwright, NY 14063. Bidders may visit the site by appointment. Documents including information for bidders, forms, drawings, and specifications may be examined at specified locations. Paper copies of bidding documents are available from Avalon upon a deposit. Bid documents shipping arrangements must be made by the bidder. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check in the amount of 5% of the bid, with performance bond and payment bond equal to 100% of the contract sum required upon contract signing. The Town reserves the right to waive inconsistencies or reject any or all bids.
