Sealed bids are requested for the St. Albans Wellfield project, which includes drilling and constructing two 20" water supply wells on two sites (one at each site) in St. Albans township, Licking County. Bidders must provide bid security in the form of a Bid Bond for 100 percent of the Bid Price or a certified check, cashier's check, or letter of credit equal to ten percent of the bid amount. Each bid should contain the full name of all interested parties, evidence of experience on projects of similar size and complexity, and a complete listing of all subcontractors to be used. Offers must be submitted on the provided Bid Form and are required to be irrevocable for 60 days after submission. Bidders must use Ohio products, materials, services, and labor as much as practicable, comply with equal employment opportunity requirements, and meet the prevailing wage rates as determined by the State of Ohio for Public Improvements in Licking County. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any informality, and accept the lowest and best bid.
