WMA wearing course 9.5 mm mix Level I (50 gyrations), 1314 tons. 5. 2RC aggregate shoulders, 917 tons. 6. 15" corrugated plastic pipe, type "S", 100 LF. 7. Type M inlet with bicycle safe grate, 1 each. Proposals must be on forms furnished by the Municipality. The bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid, made payable to the Municipality. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. Prevailing Wage Rates will apply to this project.
