Sealed bids are requested for the following work: 1000 tons of 2RC-State Approved material. Bids must be totaled in Column C, and the award will be made based on the total bid amount in Column C. Bidders are instructed not to alter the bid sheet. Proposals must be submitted on forms provided by the municipality. Each bid must include a certified check or bid bond for 10% of the bid amount, payable to the municipality unless this requirement is waived. Liquidated damages will be applied at $975.00 per calendar day. The municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
