The City of Germantown (the "City") is seeking qualified contractors to provide landscaping services, including seasonal flowers, and irrigation system maintenance throughout the City. The landscape maintenance and irrigation services will be performed on specified roadway medians, public facilities, at the City Parks, and around the City Welcome signs. The selected contractor will provide all necessary flowers, equipment, materials, tools, chemicals and labor required to perform the services intended in the Specifications. The City of Germantown, Tennessee, located approximately fifteen miles east of Memphis, Tennessee hereinafter referred to as the City, intends to secure a Contract for Landscaping and Irrigation Services.
