TIMELINE: The owner is currently requesting proposals from engineering professional consulting firms for the preparation of the project design and construction work monitoring. Reference number: 20129058. Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2026-03-27. Award by packages is not planned. Electronic proposal submission is not accepted. Expected contract duration without options (in months): 84. This notice includes renewal options for two 12-month terms. Expected contract term including options (in months): 108. Notes: - The first phase of the project was completed in 2020. - The RFP closure date initially planned for April 14, 2026 was extended until April 21, 2026.
