Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform. ** Please note that there has been 2 addendum issued for this project. ** The Pippy Park Golf Club is undertaking renovation of its existing 9-hole layout, known as Captain's Hill, to facilitate the installation of a new practice facility. The project includes site clearing, grubbing, and grading in preparation for several key upgrades. A concrete slab will be constructed for the tee deck of the driving range, this will have a covered structure added in the future, along with trenching and the installation of underground conduit to support future electrical service. Course improvements also include the construction of one new section of granular golf cart path, three new golf greens, and six new tee decks (1 on #1, 2 on #2, 2 on #3, 1 on #9, renovating 1 deck on #2, and 1 on #9). Final work will involve topsoil placement and seeding of all disturbed areas to ensure proper turf establishment and landscape restoration.
