The United States Naval Research Laboratory (NRL), located in Washington, DC, is seeking to acquire services for the manufacturing of fatigue crack growth samples to perform corrosion fatigue crack growth testing of Nickel Aluminum Bronze material used for submarine propellers. All interested companies shall provide quotations for the associated solicitation and accompanying attachments. All quoters shall submit one copy of their technical and price quote, including their company DUNS Number and Cage Code. All quotations shall be sent via e-mail. Quotes must include a statement regarding the terms and conditions: either that the terms and conditions in the solicitation are acceptable without modification, or listing exceptions and the rationale for those exceptions.
