Provide all labor and materials to repair, prep, and paint the metal rooftop fence according to the scope of work at Fulbright Early Childhood Center, 3373 W, Battlefield, MO 65807. A site visit is required to bid on this project. No unscheduled site visits will be allowed. Question Cut Off Date 3/25/2026 09:00:00 AM (CT) Last time to submit questions regarding this bid. Access to site will either have to be nights and weekends so that there is no interference with school usage during the school year or work to be done from May 23rd, 2026 through June 5th. June 5th will be Final Completion. Please communicate what is possible to be completed in this timeframe. This work will include: o Any scraping/sanding to prepare the metal for new primer and paint o Replace/repair any screws/bolts/other items rusted or broken o Address areas of concern from improper water drainage and ensure water has drainage access. o Any other prep work needed to complete repairs/painting o Priming of the fence with Kem-Flash Metal Primer o Painting of the fence with Sher-Kem Metal Finishing Enamel o Paint color to be matched to existing or as close as possible. Will need verification/to be approved by district representative. Color should be SW6472 Composed - Sherwin Williams o Clean up Minimum of one coat of primer and two coats of paint. Fence, holes, and groves to be fully covered with paint. All surfaces must be appropriately cleaned and prepared prior to painting in accordance with paint manufacturer's recommendation. All areas not being painted shall be covered at all times to protect from overspray. Any overspray, etc., must be removed after painting. Clean up dust and dispose of debris upon project completion. The Contractor shall be responsible for repairing any damage caused by equipment, traffic, overspray, or other activities. Contractor is responsible for all final measurements for bidding purposes.
