Renovation of a transportation facility in Springfield, Missouri. Working plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.
Provide all labor and materials to replace the gutters at the SPS Transportation Center according to the scope of work. Site visit is required to bid on this project. No unscheduled site visits will be allowed. SPS Transportation Center, 2945 E. Pythian St, Springfield, MO 65802. Question Cuttoff Date & Time Notes 3/25/2026 10:00:00 AM ( ET ) Roof Section 5 - Metal Roof: BASE BID: North Side 1. Remove existing gutter and downspouts 2. Provide and install new gutter and downspout on North side of building 3. Provide and install new gutter straps/flashing/and any other necessary items to fully replace gutter system and ensure proper drainage. 4. Color to be medium or dark bronze. Verify with district representative upon award. ALTERNATE BID 1: South Side 5. Remove existing gutter and downspouts 6. Provide and install new gutter and downspout on North side of building 7. Provide and install new gutter straps/flashing/and any other necessary items to fully replace gutter system and ensure proper drainage. 8. Color to be medium or dark bronze.
