Description

Site work for a water / sewer project in Perth Amboy, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Proposals are requested for a Combined Sewer Separation Project. Sealed proposals must be submitted as one original, one copy, and one digital version (USB), all in a sealed envelope labeled "Confidential" and indicating "Combined Sewer Separation Project." Proposals should be addressed to the Division of Purchasing, City of Perth Amboy, 260 High Street, Perth Amboy, New Jersey 08861. Respondents must comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding affirmative action goals and equal employment opportunity. Any addenda issued must be acknowledged in writing and incorporated into the proposal. Failure to comply with these requirements may result in the proposal being deemed non-responsive and rejected. The City reserves the right to consider proposals for sixty days after receipt and may reject any or all submissions, waive informalities, and make an award or take any action in the best interest of the City, consistent with applicable law. Respondents are required to submit all information as required in the Request for Proposals. Question Deadline 03/19/2026 at 10:00 AM ET Deadline for posting questions and requests about the RFP.
