Site work for a civil project in Marathon, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
The work consists of furnishing the labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the installation of 16" HDPE transmission force mains installed via horizontal directional drilling. Phase II of the project begins at the City of Marathon Area 7 Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) located at 59275 Overseas Highway on Grassy Key and extends westward to the intersection of the Overseas Highway with Coco Plum Drive, tying into the Phase IIIB transmission main. Phase IIIB begins approximately 500 feet east of the Vaca Cut Bridge with a 16" end cap and continues eastward to the east side of the intersection with Coco Plum Drive and US Highway 1, then runs southward down Coco Plum Drive to approximately 500 feet north of the Robert H. Dopps Memorial Bridge on Coco Plum Drive in Marathon, Florida. Question Deadline 04/17/2026 All inquiries and requests for clarifications or interpretations of the Proposal Documents shall be made in writing to the CITY REPRESENTATIVE, at least ten (10) days prior to the date for receipt of Proposals.
