The Department of Administration, Facility Management Division, seeks to contract with a qualified Vendor to provide preventive maintenance and repair services on the State complex elevators and escalators located in Raleigh, North Carolina. The preventive maintenance program includes an all-inclusive service such as elevator and escalator inspections, examinations, lubrication, testing, cleaning, adjusting, and all major and minor repairs of equipment. Proposals must be submitted in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in the request, including compliance with all relevant documents and addenda. Vendors are responsible for reading and adhering to all instructions, terms, and requirements provided, and must also obtain and comply with any changes issued during the solicitation process. This is an NC eProcurement solicitation facilitated by the Ariba Network; vendors are advised to use the Sourcing Tool for viewing solicitations and submitting responses as instructed in the vendor training resources provided by the State.
