The work requires supplying all materials and labor to replace two natural gas boilers that serve as Zamboni fill water and ice flood water at 1 The Tragically Hip Way. The new boilers must be PVI Turbo Power 96 Condensing Gas water heaters, model number 160 L 400A-TPX. The scope includes removal and disposal of the existing boilers, installation and commissioning of the new boilers, responsibility for obtaining any necessary permits and inspections, and ensuring the site is left clean upon completion. All work must comply with applicable legislative requirements. The project must be completed no later than end of day July 31, 2026.
