Description

Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.

**As of April 14, 2026, the contract was awarded to Baseline Sports Construction LLC, but the awarded amount is not yet available.** Sealed bids/proposals are requested for Athletic Field and Facility Renovation for Hixson High School, Central High School, and Chattanooga School for the Arts & Sciences (CSAS). A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at CSAS, and failure to attend will render the vendor non-responsive and ineligible for award. Submissions must be received in the Purchasing Department prior to the designated time for opening, and late submissions will be considered non-responsive. Faxed or electronic bids are not accepted. The Hamilton County Department of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids/proposals or any part thereof, to waive technicalities and informalities, and to award a contract to other than the lowest bid.
