Renovation of a mixed-use development in Addison, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
2026 Facility Improvements - HVAC Replacement. DAOES/ Technology Center of DuPage: 301 South Swift Road, Addison Illinois 60101. The project consists of mechanical exhaust fans and power ventilator replacement at the location as listed above and as indicated in the Contract Documents. Substantial Completion - Friday, July 31, 2026. Final Completion shall be no later than 5:00 p.m., Thursday, August 13, 2026 Bid security, in the form of a bid bond, certified check, or cash in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the base bid, shall be submitted with the bid. Bid security shall be payable to the Board of Directors, DAOES / Technology Center of DuPage. Doc note: Additional digital sets and paper copies may be obtained from BHFX by any contractor at the contractor's cost. One set of bidding documents consists of one set of drawings, one Project Manual, and one set of bid forms. The Board of Directors reserves the right to reject any or all bids or parts thereof, to waive any irregularities or informalities, and to make the award in the best interest of DAOES/Technology Center of DuPage. Submit all questions regarding the Bidding Documents to the Architect. Replies will be issued to all bidders of record in the form of an Addendum. Questions received less than five days before the bid opening date cannot be answered.
