This Sources Sought is issued for informational and market research purposes to assess industry interest, capabilities, and qualifications for a design-bid-build construction requirement that will provide a predesigned mechanical method for dislodging debris from the trashracks at the EFL AWSB system intake. The intent of the project is to eliminate the need for operations staff to shut down the AWSB system to allow river currents to clear accumulated debris from the screens. The applicable NAICS code is 237990 with a size standard of $45 million. Responses are requested from all business types, including small businesses and all socioeconomic categories. Formal responses are due before 10:00 a.m. PDT on 16 March 2026. Additional project details are contained in the attached files. Anticipated Construction Schedule: CENWP intends to advertise in July 2026 and award in September 2026. Construction Contract with estimated construction completion by the end of calendar year 2028. Estimated Construction Cost (ECC): The current ECC is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00.
