Sealed Bids for paving improvements. Bids will be received for a single prime contract and shall be on a unit price basis. All bidding documents are available at no cost online. Bid Security in the amount of 10% of the Bid amount, the Workmen's Compensation Affidavit, Public Works Employment Verification Form, and an Anti-Collusion Affidavit must accompany the Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bids shall remain open for a period of 60 days from the date of Bid opening and may not be withdrawn during this period. The successful Bidder(s) shall be required to furnish performance and payment bonds in the amount of 100% of the Contract Price. These projects are subject to the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry Prevailing Wage Rates. Manheim Borough reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids or any part thereof and to waive any defects, errors, omissions, irregularities, or informalities in bids received.
