HCPS intends, through this solicitation, to identify qualified Contractor(s). The provision of goods and services under the RFP includes, but is not limited to, commercial electrical services (high voltage), including new installation, maintenance, repairs, electrical upgrades or modernizations, rewriting, circuit breaker installations, panel upgrades, as well as troubleshooting, diagnostics, and knowledge of circuitry and voltage requirements. The work to be done under this agreement includes, but is not limited to, providing all labor, materials, supervision, equipment, incidentals, applicable paperwork, and related items necessary to complete requests in accordance with the specifications herein. The Contractor is required to have access and experience in all types of electrical services, including but not limited to high voltage systems, switchgear, and coordination with TECO. Contractors shall have the experience and the ability to service a school district the size of HCPS. This service is critical to the security of HCPS campuses. This section identifies HCPS' desired services and levels of performance. Proposers shall indicate a response to ALL service requirements and specifications contained in the following sections in the order listed using the same numbering system. The Hillsborough County Public Schools reserves the right to retain all bids/proposals for a period of forty-five (45) days and to reject any and all bids/proposals and to waive any informalities and/or irregularities thereof.
