The project consists of the removal of the existing generator located at City Hall and the installation of an owner provided generator with the electrical switch gear and associated electrical components as shown on the plans. Bids must be submitted with the envelope label provided in the bid documents affixed to the front of the envelope. A bid bond or certified check for five percent (5%) of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance bond in the amount of their bid and shall, before entering on the work of said contract, be licensed as a contractor of City of Adamsville. The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. No bidder may withdraw their bid within 90 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
