Site work for an educational facility in Perris, California. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility.
The project involves the Granite Hills Office Expansion Project at Granite Hills TK-8 School and includes sitework for the installation of two district-provided modular office buildings. Bids must be submitted online using the forms provided by the District, and all forms must be completed, signed, and returned with the bid. Each bid must conform and be responsive to the notice and all contract documents. The contract time is 56 days. The successful bidder is required to submit a payment bond and a performance bond. This is a public works project subject to the payment of prevailing wages, and all contractors and subcontractors must comply with applicable Labor Code provisions, including the payment of prevailing rates, employment of apprentices, and compliance with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) requirements. Bidders must hold a valid Class B License at the time of bid submission. The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids, accept or reject any item of a bid, or waive irregularities or informalities in the bid or bidding process. Attendance at a mandatory pre-bid conference is required for all prospective bidders.
