Renovation of a mixed-use development in Bellingham, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a bridge / tunnel; and multi-residential development.

The project involves work at Birnam Wood on Western Washington University's Bellingham campus. The scope includes replacing the building cladding system and wood bridges at Stack 7, as well as improving wayfinding and landscaping. Bidders are instructed to access all bid documents, questions, and addenda through Trimble Unity Construct's online bidding portal, which will require creating a new account if it's the first time using it. Bids must be submitted electronically through this portal. Steps to bid include creating an account, reviewing bid package information, downloading documentation, sending any questions to the bid manager, and submitting a bid. Only bids submitted through this portal will be accepted, and bidders are encouraged to submit early to avoid technical issues. Architect/Engineer's estimate, including the three alternates: $2,100,000.
