Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Woodburn, Indiana. Conceptual plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The city would like to extend the recently completed Stellar Communities multi-use trail running along Front Road another mile. This new stretch, known as Segment 4 of the Woodlan Trail, would continue along the southeast side of Woodburn and give nearby neighborhoods an easy, everyday link to the larger Stellar trail network.
