Site work for a water / sewer project in Clay, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Sealed, separate Bids for the construction of the Water Services to White Pines Commerce Park will be received by the Onondaga County Water Authority. The Project consists of the construction of two (2) parallel 42-inch water services to the White Pines Commerce Park. All work will be performed under a single prime contract. This project is being funded through a grant from Empire State Development. The Successful Bidder will be required to comply with the requirements of ESD as implemented by the NYS Office of Contractor and Supplier Diversity ("OCSD"). Requirements are provided in Schedule B and Schedule B-1 included in Section 00 73 39. All forms and reporting will be submitted to OCWA as Grantee and OCWA will coordinate with ESD. The combined M/WBE participation goal for this project is 30% of the total contract value. The SDVOB participation goal is 6%. QA date - 4-10-2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all parties recorded as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
