Demolition for a road / highway in Rockford, Illinois. Completed plans call for the demolition of a road / highway.
Bids are invited for the demolition of structures (Demolition Group 36, Bid No. 326-CD-032). Bids will be accepted until the specified opening time and date, after which no late submissions will be considered. Bid documents can be obtained via email, the City website, or in person. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked with the bid name and number. Each bidder must include information for compliance with the laws of the State of Illinois on Fair Employment Practices and the City of Rockford's Ordinance on Equal Employment and Business Opportunity. Bids lacking the required compliance documentation will not be read or considered. All public works contracts are subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act. The City of Rockford reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and to waive technicalities.
