The project involves the Damascus Town Center Wastewater Pump Station. The scope includes demolition of the existing wastewater pumping station and generator room; construction of a new wet well and valve vault style pump station; construction of a new electrical and control building with associated electrical, controls, plumbing, and HVAC systems; and site improvements such as grading, paving, fencing and gates, landscaping, and stormwater best management practices. It also includes construction of associated gravity sewer, low-pressure sewer force main, and water main improvements, with related appurtenances, to facilitate wastewater conveyance to the new pump station and to pump sewage from the site into the collection system.
