The Calgary Airport Authority intends to establish a long-term partnership with a qualified Passenger Boarding Bridge (PBB) OEM to support a multi-year PBB program at the YYC Calgary Airport. The selected partner will be responsible for supplying, delivering, and installing new passenger boarding bridges, providing ongoing OEM technical support and service performance accountability, and supporting lifecycle parts and inventory management for these assets over the term of a Master Contract. All interested proponents must request the solicitation documents by contacting The Calgary Airport Authority’s Supply Chain Office via email as specified. Bids will not be accepted if proponents do not follow these instructions or do not use the required RFP forms contained in the solicitation documents. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
