Demolition, site work and renovation of a civil project in Soldiers Grove, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

Description of Work: The Project consists of demolition of existing structures and associated appurtenances; installation of process piping, sludge storage tank, RAS/WAS pump station, control & headworks building, aeration systems, electrical, and controls; rehabilitation of existing process tank including aeration tank, final clarifier, and sludge digester; site work and associated appurtenances at the Wastewater Treatment Facility. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis, with additive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form. Additional Conditions: The letting of the work described herein is subject to the provisions of Sections 61.54, 62.15, 66.0901, and 66.0903(1m) of the Wisconsin Statutes. This Project is funded in part by a Community Development Block Grant for Public Facilities (CDBG-PF) from the Wisconsin Department of Administration using federal CDBG funds. Conformance with the Build America, Buy America (BABA) Act domestic procurement is required. This Project is also funded in part with funds from the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources Clean Water Fund Program (CWFP). Conformance with the American Iron & Steel (A.I.S.) requirements is required. Wage Rates: Minimum salaries and fringes to be paid on the Project shall be in accordance with the prevailing wage rate determination established by the Federal Department of Labor (DOL).
