The work consists of the full reconstruction of the Civic Arena main parking lot, beginning with removal of the existing pavement, storm structures, utilities, and related site features, followed by installation of approximately 18,000 square yards of new concrete pavement with accompanying aggregate base, curb and gutter, sidewalks, pavement markings, signage, and fencing. The project includes complete replacement of the storm sewer system with new Class IV pipes, drainage structures, and underdrain to improve long-term performance and site drainage. Work also includes full landscape restoration, featuring installation of new trees, shrubs, perennials, groundcovers, and new mulch bed areas in accordance with the landscape plans. This project offers a clean, open site, clear staging areas, and well-defined construction limits.
