Base Bid: 1" Hail warranted roof assembly 2. Alternate: Provide and install roofing assembly components as specified to allow for a 2" hail warranty. -remove existing roof membrane on each roof area down to existing insulation assembly. install new mechanically fastened roof membrane over new hd cover board on existing insulation assembly. Bids must be submitted to the City of Gillette, Wyoming, at the City Purchasing Division, City Warehouse, 800 N. Burma Avenue, Gillette, Wyoming, 82716. Bids must be appropriately marked with the project name and number. All prime bidders are required to attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting at City West in the Public Works Conference Room, 611 North Exchange Ave, Gillette, WY.
