*The bid for this project has been rejected.* Separate sealed proposals will be received for the North Rose-Wolcott Central School District 2025 Capital Outlay Project. Bids are requested for Contract 101: General Trades Contract. Bidders must submit a copy of their valid NYS Department of Labor Public Work Contractor and Subcontractor Registry Certificate of Registration with their bid. Bids not accompanied by required bid security, a valid Certificate of Registration, or by other data required by the Bidding Documents, or which are incomplete or irregular, are subject to rejection. Bidders must also submit a separate sealed envelope listing the names and amounts to be paid to applicable HVAC, Plumbing, and/or Electrical subcontractors. The list may not be changed unless there is a legitimate construction need. The project architect is SEI Design Group, D.P.C. The Instructions to Bidders, Form of Proposal, General Conditions, Drawings, and Specifications may be examined at the offices of the Owner and designated locations. Bids must be on the form provided, prepared in duplicate, and enclosed in an envelope bearing the bidder's name and address and the title of the work. If submitting for more than one contract, each contract bid must be in a separate envelope. A Bid Bond or Certified Check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Bid, made payable to the Owner, must be deposited as a guarantee. The Bidder shall not withdraw the Bid for a period of forty-five days after the Bid opening and must furnish a satisfactory Performance and Payment Bond if awarded the contract. Work is to begin and be continuously and diligently prosecuted immediately after contracts are signed. Attention is called to the requirements as to conditions of employment and minimum wage rates.
