Please complete the bid tab that includes the information specified in Attachment C for the following Scope of Work. The services requested by the contractor shall be on-going and throughout the length of the maintenance contract. It shall be done in accordance with the latest industry standards for landscape maintenance and shall adhere to all safety and regulatory standards set forth for the same. The scope of work includes all labor , materials , tools , supplies , equipment , facilities , transportation and services necessary for and incidental to performing all operations in connection with the ongoing maintenance of the Orchard Lake Boulevard Streetscape and Maple /Middlebelt Roundabout , encompassing all items as specified herein . Reference Number 0000415968 The Charter Township of West Bloomfield is requesting proposals from qualified contractors for maintenance services for the Orchard Lake Road Boulevard and Maple/Middlebelt Roundabout Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % Any request(s) for clarification of this RFP shall be made in writing.
