Mobilization, stakeout of utilities, Dig Safely New York clearances, obtain all permits as required, protection of existing facilities and structures, pump, clean, and refurbish each of the five (5) primary septic tank units, convert one (1) unit to an equalization basin and install two (2) aerators and one (1) duplex equalization pump system, furnish and install a new ultraviolet disinfection (UV) system in a below grade vault with a structure over the vault, four (4) septic tank effluent screens, and the effluent splitter box, refurbish the existing five (5) Bioclere units, furnish and install a sixth Bioclere unit, site piping, the catwalk, the access road to the UV structure, and the chain link fence, control building renovations, periodic and final cleanup, site restoration, erosion and sediment control, and all work necessary to complete the wastewater treatment facility in accordance with the Plans and Specifications.
