The City of Foley is soliciting Request for Proposals (RFPs) from qualified consulting firms to prepare a comprehensive Municipal Campus Master Plan for City-owned properties and facilities - east of McKenzie Street, south of Section Ave., west of Juniper St., and north of Myrtle Ave. This planning effort is intended to evaluate existing conditions and guide future decisions regarding new construction, renovation, demolition, future acquisition needs, and potential reuse of City assets. The Master Plan will address facility needs, parking and circulation, walkability and ADA accessibility, streetscape and landscaping, lighting, way-finding, and overall campus identity. The goal of the project is to establish a cohesive, functional, and visually unified municipal campus that supports efficient City operations, enhances public access, and aligns with Foley's long-term vision, values, and growth objectives. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
