Removal and replacement of the existing boiler and indirect fired make-up air unit, and associated insulation, and electrical work as identified in Scope of Work document. Tenders $100,000 and over must be accompanied by an electronic copy of the Certified Cheque (front and back), the Irrevocable Letter of Credit or the Bid Bond and 'Consent of Surety' in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the tender.
