Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Midlothian, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field.
As of April 24, 2026, subcontracts have not been awarded yet. They are expected to be awarded in 30-45 days. Construction of Heritage Park Expansion includes: erosion control, temporary fence, demolition/earthwork, electrical, site utilities, vehicular paving, site concrete, pavers, ornamental iron fence, masonry, synthetic turf, shade structures, site amenities, stage building, large restroom building, small restroom building, irrigation, landscape, playground, and audio/visual/theatrical lighting and sound. ONLINE BIDS ARE NOT ACCEPTED. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes, clearly marked with the project name, City of Midlothian, Texas, the name of the bidder, date of opening, and must be delivered to City Hall City Council Chambers located at 104 W Ave E, Midlothian, Texas 76065 by 2:00 P.M., Friday, April 3, 2026. Please see the project manual for additional instructions to bidders.
