Description 1.1. The Bureau municipal d'habitation de Trois-Rivieres (the "Client") is a non-profit organization whose mission is to help low-income individuals and families find adequate housing, while accompanying its customers in terms of empowerment from a sustainable development perspective. 1.2. The Client requests bids in the context of the Project for the award of a construction works contract at a flat rate (general enterprise mode). The project aims to carry out work for the complete replacement of the exterior wall envelope (coating, insulation, air barrier membrane and intermediate coating), various works at the windows, doors, balconies, partial roof repair, replacement of exterior lighting fixtures and other related work (the "Project"). This work concerns an inhabited building with 133 housing units on 9 floors, for a clientele of elderly people. 1.3. PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING: for this call for tenders, the bidder must submit two (2) separate prices: a) The Basic Price consists of carrying out the Project according to all the plans and specifications in the Call for Tenders, with the exception of the pages of the architectural drawings marked with the suffix 'O' AXXXXO (where XXXX corresponds to the page number). b) The Price with option consists of carrying out the Project according to all the plans and specifications in the Call for tenders by replacing the RM02 metal coating system described therein with a RM01 metal coating system on all the facades of the building, as more fully described on the pages of the architectural drawings with the suffix 'O' AXXXXO (where XXXX corresponds to the page number). The Client reserves the discretion to select the option it believes offers the best value for the Project, as provided in Article 26 - Contract Award Terms. 2. Tender document 2.1. The tender documents, any document to which they refer as well as any additional document related thereto can only be obtained through the Government of Quebec's electronic tendering system (SEAO). Obtaining the documents is subject to pricing by this organization. 3. Designated representative for any technical or administrative information 3.1.
