The project involves the construction of the Gardner Park Siphon Upgrade, Contract No. 1. The work includes the installation of new 8" and 12" PVC gravity sewer main, new 4" PVC sewer service, two new 5' diameter sewer manholes, one new 6' diameter doghouse sewer manhole, new 8" HDPE sewer siphon installed via Horizontal Directional Drilling under the Clyde River, approximately 904 linear feet of Cured-In-Place Pipe (CIPP) for existing 12" AC gravity sewer, and 91 linear feet of CIPP for an existing 8" CI gravity siphon under the Clyde River. Bid instructions require that sealed bids for the construction are to be submitted electronically to the specified email addresses by the submission deadline. Bidders are encouraged to submit bids ahead of the deadline and must confirm receipt after submitting a bid. Late bids will not be included. A bid tabulation will be provided to all bidders within 5 business days. Obtain bidding documents from the issuing office as described, with both print and electronic options available for purchase. Partial sets are not available. Only complete sets from the issuing office are valid for bidding.
