Robertson County Schools is accepting sealed bids for roof repair at Greenbrier Elementary School. Bids will be received until April 7, 2026, at 10:00 A.M. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on-site at Greenbrier Elementary School. To obtain a copy of the bid and for bid information and procedures, interested parties are directed to visit the Robertson County website or contact the Robertson County Finance Department. Request for Bid: Repair and replace damaged tectum deck and roofing including around the perimeter of Greenbrier Elementary School. Repainting all currently painted metal structures and ceiling panels, exterior and perimeter of building. Project to be completed on or before June 30, 2026. Purpose of Request for Bid The purpose of this Request is to solicit bids from qualified vendors for repair and installation of existing roof of Greenbrier Elementary School and painting of existing metal and canopy of the school. Bid will include: 1. Remove and Replace damaged Tectum panels of existing roof overhang. Repair membrane as needed with appropriate sealant, coating and fasteners. 2. Repair all perimeter edges with an appropriate membrane, to include removal of all loose material, applying new membrane with sealant, coatings and fasteners as needed 3. Removal of a roof overlay holding water with all repairs as needed to remove existing water. Location to be shown at pre-bid meeting 4. Install bird deterrent over all walkways and doorways to eliminate roosting and nesting of birds. Preference to installation of sloped edges rather than spikes. 5. Scrape, prime and paint (2 coats) of all currently painted metal and ceiling panels around perimeter and under existing overhang. 6.
