Reference number: 20128682 Deadline for receipt of complaints 2026-03-25 There is provision for a tendering process for each tender No Electronic tender submission accepted Yes, via SEAO, with a document Expected duration of the contract without options (in months) 3 Description The city of Kirkland is requesting bids for scarification work, repaving the roadway on Château Kirkland Street, located on its territory (3800 m2). This work also includes the planing and laying of bituminous coating, the adjustment of structures, as well as related works defined in the tender documents. The contractor undertakes to provide the labour, equipment, tools and materials necessary to carry out the work described according to recognized professional methods and the specifications listed in the tender documents. The work can start 7 days after the contract is awarded or no later than July 6, 2026. The successful bidder will have a period of 2 weeks or 10 consecutive calendar days to begin and complete the leveling and laying work of bituminous asphalt. The work must be carried out between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM on weekdays. With the approval of the Director, it will also be allowed for the contractor to carry out certain urgent work, outside the schedule provided above. A tender guarantee equal to ten percent (10%) of the total amount with taxes of the tender is required as part of this call for tenders. Similarly, performance guarantees and obligations are required (for the payment of labor, materials, and services), each of fifty percent (50%) of the total amount with taxes of the tender; this is in favor of the city and valid for the entire duration of the contract.
