Bidders are required to bid and service all sites within the regional group, which includes Avonmore Elementary School, Maxville Public School, and Tagwi Secondary School. The contract covers the 2026 grass cutting season, with possible extensions for up to four additional one-year terms, subject to negotiated rates and satisfactory performance. Any proposed rate increase must be justified and align with the Consumer Price Index (CPI); unjustified increases may be rejected and lead to the contract not being extended.
