A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Question Deadline 04/04/2026 The project consists of providing all labor, supervision, materials, tools, equipment, and services necessary to reconstruct interior office space to match existing building interiors. Work includes walls, framing, soundproofing, insulation, trim, ceilings, flooring finishes and modifications, lighting, power and data, limited sprinkler system work, limited alarm system modifications, and HVAC ducting and control system modifications at 850 State Route 37, Akwesasne, New York, as identified in the proposal documents. Qualified contractors must follow the instructions to contact the SRMT Grants and Contracts Office to be added to the proposers list and obtain proposal documents, drawings, and technical specifications. All questions and requests must be directed to the Grants & Contracts Office by phone or email, no later than five calendar days prior to proposal opening. Mandatory requirements include Davis Bacon Prevailing Wage Rates, Proposal, Bid and Contract Security. Preferences apply to Native, Women, Veteran with Disabilities, Minority, and Veterans Business Enterprises. Any proponent claiming Native American Preference must provide evidence with their proposal, and the successful contractor and their subcontractors will be required to complete a Native American Preference Employment Plan and Agreement.
