Renovation of a mixed-use development in New York, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
Furnish all materials, supplies, equipment, personnel, and supervision to replace morgue freezers for Project 526-20-508 in accordance with the drawings and specifications. The work includes coordinating and scheduling all activities, performing construction within approved duty hours (typically 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern Time unless otherwise authorized), and ensuring full compliance with VA specifications and regulations as well as all applicable federal, state, and local codes. The contractor is responsible for planning and executing the work on an active VA campus, adhering to site-specific requirements, and delivering the completed project within 365 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed. Location: James J. Peters Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 130 West Kingsbridge Road, Bronx, NY 10468 Magnitude of Construction: Between $2,000,000 and $5,000,000.
